House of Clarendon is located in the heart of Lancaster, Pennsylvania at 240 Harrisburg Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17603. Currently, we only offer local delivery through the following 3rd-party services: Grubhub, Doordash, and Uber Eats.

In-store pick-up is available to customers within a 75-mile radius of our store location in Lancaster, PA. 

Our 12-Count Cupcake Assortments are available to ship nationwide within the contiguous United States.

Please read our Product Availability section to learn more about what specific products are eligible for local pick-up and shipping.

LOCAL PICK-UP

Local pick-up is available to residents within 75-miles of our store location at 240 Harrisburg Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17603. 

Please call to inquire further about ready-made products or to place a custom order. 

We are currently offering curbside pick-up as a safer option for our valued customers. 

THIRD-PARTY DELIVERY OPTIONS

Ordering and local delivery are available through third-party services. We participate with Grubhub, Doordash, and Ubereats. House of Clarendon is not responsible for delivery time or product condition when using a third-party vendor.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We utilize UPS Next-Day Air and UPS Next Day Early Air Shipping to deliver to all states within the contiguous United States. 

Please note that orders submitted after 4:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday will not ship until the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday may experience a delay of up to two business days due to UPS processing times and availability.  

Your 12-Count cupcake assortment will arrive in our exclusive House of Clarendon Blue Box and comes with an affixed information card.

CUPCAKES

Cupcakes are available to purchase online or as a custom order in bundles of 6 or 12 cupcakes per assortment. 

Individual cupcakes and 6-count cupcake assortments are only available for pick-up at our Lancaster, PA bakery. Pick-up is available to customers within a 25-mile radius of our store location at 240 Harrisburg Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17603.

12-count assortments and custom cupcake assortments are available for pick-up or shipment. Please see our section on Pick-Up, Delivery, and Shipping Options for more information.

ALL OCCASION CAKES

All Occasion Cakes are available for local pick-up only. We are currently offering curbside pick-up as an option.

MACARONS

Macarons are available for local pick-up only. We are currently offering curbside pick-up as an option.

SPECIALTY DESSERTS

Due to the delicate nature of our specialty desserts they are available for local pick-up only. We are currently offering curbside pickup as an option.

House of Clarendon recommends thawing your desired amount of cupcakes and storing them at room temperature. However, if you plan to save your cupcakes for a later date, freezing them is the best way to ensure freshness. Our cupcakes will stay fresh for up to 10 days after they are picked up or shipped.

To thaw your cupcakes, please let them warm to room temperature for 2-3 hours before serving.

For day-of events, please store your House of Clarendon cake at room temperature, and refrigerate for up to 7 days.

Care and storage protocols vary per product. Our team will provide you with specific care instructions at the time of pick-up.
